Json{ review: Absolutely fine decor sets a sophisticated vibe at The Ritz-Carlton Amman. Though the pool was closed for an event, the room's amenities were great. water temperature inconsistencies were a letdown. The breakfast buffet, while good, could have included more gourmet options. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-04-15}'''

From the really good, welcoming staff to the stunning and spacious room, every detail was amazing. The breakfast at Ambrose was fantastic, and the personal touches, like the Zaatar gift from Ahmed, made us feel at home. The hotel’s relaxing facilities, including the spa and pools, were perfect for unwinding after exploring nearby landmarks like the King Abdullah I Mosque and Baraka Mall. We're excited to return!

The food at the club was great! My room included a safe box, cable channels and a mini-fridge-bar. I found the hotel's location marvellous, right by the center of Amman and restaurants and Amman/Jordan.

I can't believe the service I dealt with. The restaurant staff seemed clueless and super greedy. After multiple attempts to place a simple drink order, the manager interrupted me during a meeting, which completely ruined my experience. So frustrating!

I had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and fine city views. The room was super spacious, and I really appreciated the attentive service from the staff. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a delicious highlight, catering to all tastes.
I did experience some issues during my visit. The air conditioning was inconsistent, and it took a bit longer than expected to get it sorted out. I found some communication barriers with staff due to language differences, which was a bit frustrating at times.

Very nice stay! The staff were wonderfully attentive and made every moment special, especially at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, though some maintenance issues popped up during my visit. Still, the warm service and good food definitely made up for it! Highly recommend for a nice getaway.

The city view room lacked sound insulation and had persistent noise and pollution issues. The air conditioning broke down and took two days to fix!!! Dirty linens also didn't align with a luxury experience!!!

The surprising view from above
Woke up to fine city vistas and a spacious room. Especially Gazal, whose tips made exploring easy.
The check-in process was annoyingly slow. I faced an unwelcome dispute about payment, which dampened the excitement of my arrival.
